SEO Services
Engagement Terms
SEO services are provided on a monthly rolling basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service terms specific to your engagement — including scope, deliverables, reporting frequency, and pricing — are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins.
No Ranking Guarantees
I do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, map pack positions, or traffic levels. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, Apple) and change without notice. I commit to implementing best-practice local SEO strategies and reporting transparently on results — but rankings are not within any SEO provider’s control to guarantee.
Client Responsibilities
Effective local SEO requires your cooperation. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, granting necessary access to your GBP, website, and analytics accounts, responding to requests for information in a timely manner, and implementing any website changes identified as necessary and within your control.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Late payments may result in work pausing until payment is received. All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable. All assets I have created on your behalf (citations, content, GBP improvements) remain yours upon cancellation.
Free SEO Audit
The free local SEO audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage ongoing services. The audit represents my professional assessment of your current local SEO status based on publicly available data and the information you provide. It is not a guarantee of specific results if recommendations are followed.
Intellectual Property
All content I create for your business — including written content, page copy, structured data markup, and strategy documents — becomes your property upon full payment. I retain the right to reference your project as part of my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
My liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost rankings, or business interruption resulting from algorithm updates, platform changes, or actions taken by third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
